When can I expect my order?  

Orders are produced on demand and are shipped within 3 business days. If you choose delivery with bpost, you can normally expect the package to arrive the next working day after it has been shipped. Please take into account that our warehouse is closed on Fridays so no orders will be shipped on Fridays.  

Can I cancel my order?  

You can cancel your order as long as its status is "new order". After that, you can only return the order within the withdrawal period (14 calendar days after receiving the goods or voucher) if the products are in new condition. For goods that are delivered digitally (direct Downloads), the right of withdrawal does not apply.
