Do you need to switch shampoo on a regular basis?

I recommend combining the two shampoos. Although I must admit that I mainly use the Damage Repair Shampoo and my wife uses the Vitality Boost. But every now and then we switch and use the other shampoo a few times. Personally, I think the quality of the water is more important and you will use less water.
